1. Seminar Registration Refunds
1.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of your seminar registration fee under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request submitted more than 14 days before the scheduled seminar start date
- Seminar cancellation initiated by Gaethermyx for any reason
- Technical issues on our platform that prevent you from accessing the seminar content, provided such issues cannot be resolved within 48 hours
1.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund of 50% of the registration fee may be issued if:
- Cancellation request is submitted between 7 and 14 days before the seminar start date
- You attended less than 25% of the scheduled seminar sessions due to documented medical or emergency circumstances
1.3 No Refund Situations
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests submitted less than 7 days before the seminar start date
- Failure to attend the seminar without prior cancellation
- Completion of more than 25% of the seminar sessions
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct
- Technical issues caused by your internet connection, hardware, or software
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are available on a prorated basis if:
- Cancellation is requested within the first 30 days of purchase
- You have not accessed more than 10% of available premium content
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future billing.
3. On-Demand Course Materials
3.1 Digital Content Refunds
Refunds for recorded seminars, course materials, or digital downloads are available within 7 days of purchase if:
- You have accessed less than 20% of the purchased content
- The content contains significant technical defects that prevent normal use
- The content description was materially misleading
3.2 Non-Refundable Digital Products
The following digital products are non-refundable:
- Downloadable resources that have been fully downloaded
- Certificate programs where the certificate has been issued
- Bundled packages where individual components have been substantially accessed
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Include your full name, registration email address, and order number
- Provide a detailed reason for your refund request
- Submit any supporting documentation if claiming technical issues or emergency circumstances
4.2 Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.
4.3 Communication
You will receive email confirmation once your refund request has been received, reviewed, and processed. If your request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected situations occur. If you experience a medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstance that prevents seminar participation, please contact us at [email protected] with supporting documentation. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Technical Platform Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues accessing our platform that are not resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund period. Technical issues must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence.
5.3 Content Quality Concerns
If you believe the seminar content does not match the published description or quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of the seminar start date. We will investigate and may offer a refund, credit, or complimentary access to alternative seminars.
6. Transfers and Credits
6.1 Seminar Transfers
As an alternative to refunds, you may transfer your registration to a different seminar session of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your originally scheduled seminar.
6.2 Account Credits
In some cases, we may offer account credits instead of monetary refunds. Credits can be applied to future seminar registrations or subscription payments and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
7. Group Registrations
Refunds for group registrations follow the same guidelines as individual registrations, applied on a per-participant basis. If your organization has a separate agreement with Gaethermyx, the terms of that agreement will supersede this general policy.
8. Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
9. Modifications to This Policy
Gaethermyx reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction.
